Real estate is a deeply personal experience—one that I take very seriously. Every buyer and seller is different. Motivations vary, needs vary, and each situation requires a unique approach to make the process as smooth and successful as possible. The key is listening carefully to what you want to accomplish and then focusing all of my attention, and my team’s, on achieving that goal.

If you’re a buyer, I don’t just sell you a house. Anyone can do that. I help you find the home that is truly right for you. Sometimes, that even means encouraging you not to buy a particular house because it’s simply not the right one. No, that doesn’t benefit me—but that’s not why I do this. I’m passionate about doing what’s right for you.

If you’re a seller, I don’t just list your home—you can do that. I take the time to understand your objectives, stay on top of the market, price competitively, make your home look its best, and market it aggressively. And just as I do with buyers, I may advise you not to list if it’s not the right financial move. If it’s not in your best interest, I won’t recommend it.

I do this for everyone, at every stage of their real estate journey, and at every price point.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers, closed over $100 million in sales, been named the #1 producing agent at Engel & Völkers Gainesville in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025, ranked in the top 25 in the state of Florida, and earned multiple awards. But what I’m most proud of are the relationships I’ve built along the way. Many of my clients have become close friends. I’ve been invited to birthdays, graduations, baby showers, family dinners, and more. I’ve shared life’s milestones with them—and had the privilege of being there for more than just a single transaction. That’s what truly fuels me.
