Meet Kush
Transaction CoordinatorKush is a proud native of Central Florida. He is currently a student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and has held an active Florida Real Estate License for five years. From overseeing flips to managing rentals, he has an extensive history of working with real estate investment properties. Growing up the son of a successful real estate broker and an avid real estate investor has provided many learning opportunities over the years to understand the nuances of the real estate industry.
Kush has worked as the Director of Operations for Engel and Völkers Gainesville for the past two years while also working towards his Bachelor’s Degree. Working full-time in conjunction with a full-time courseload as a college student has taught him valuable time management skills and allowed him to develop precise attention to detail.
Kush’s Role:
Kush both runs operations for the Engel and Völkers shop and serves as my transaction coordinator, overseeing logistics from contract to close. Upon contract execution, Kush will:

Note key dates and deadlines.

Give you information about the closing agent.

Communicate with you regarding dates and times for the inspections, appraisal, and survey, if applicable.

Provide proof of escrow deposit from the buyer.

Remain in constant communication with the buyer’s agent to ensure that the transaction is on track to close on time.

Coordinate closing with the closing agent.

Relay any additional key information about the transaction.
